Greetings! I am Nora a Registered Massage Therapist with training in over 7 modalities. I have a background in TCM, Herbology, Early childhood Education, Family and personal coaching, Somatic Therapy, and recently Maternal support work (Doula)
I specialize in working with families Using Somatic Touch Therapy and energetics to help the body recover from physical and emotional overwhelm, which can also be called traumatic experiences, ranging from the earliest of experiences to current ongoing chronic pain. Teaching parents how to massage their children will help parents become more comfortable in supporting their childs health by learning safe and effective accupressure points and massage techniques. Natutal methods to alleviate discomforts and support healthy physical development, are always the safest. Children will learn skills around self care, placing boundaries, communication and anatomy.
Services are mobile and given in various community centers around the city.
