After two years, we are seeing an increase in stagnation, regression in both literacy and mathematics, and a decrease in confidence. FrenchEtVoila is a privately owned language resource that offers educational tutoring services in French and Mathematics, to both children and adults that can support students in a variety of ways: Our classes and tutoring sessions are primarily one-on-one and small group sizes with a specialized focus on Language, Reading, Spelling, and Mathematics. ✅ We have tutors who have the skills, experience, and techniques to deliver visible results in a short period of time ✅ We offer affordable and tailored tutoring in both class and one-on-one settings for all ages and abilities ✔K-12 One on one tutoring/45 minutes session -Reading and Comprehension -Writing program -Vocabulary reading program ✔Math tutoring K-12 -Homework help ✔Adult one on one tutoring/ 45 minutes session -Prep sessions for the DELF, TCF, TEF, and DALF certificates -Beginner, Intermediate, or advanced French classes ✔Group tutoring/ 45 minutes session -Reading and Comprehension -French conversation -Writing program -Summer Program FrenchetVoila’s owner and founder, Thérès Djob is a French-speaking and Certified Teacher who has 10+ years of experience in Francophone and French Immersion Schools. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Technology from University (Quebec, Montreal) and a Bachelor of Education from Cape Breton University (Sydney, Nova Scotia). Her capacity to teach has taken her across the country as she has learned and worked as an educator in three provinces. She has worked as a French & Math Resource Teacher for students with special needs at the l’etoile Acadie (Sydney, Nova Scotia) for 2 years. Therese also substitutes in the Edmonton, Beaumont, and the Leduc regions. Therese is passionate about language education and strives to leave a positive impact on each life she encounters, no matter how small. In 2016, when I moved to Leduc, Alberta, I and other French immersion parents noticed there was no French tutoring support in the area. I started by tutoring my own children and noticed a great improvement in their academic grades. In 2018, FrenchEtvoila was born and became the first tutoring service in Leduc. Recognition: In 2018, Frenchetvoila was interviewed by Radio Canada and was mentioned several times in Business Link articles, notably in its guide for immigrants. In December 2019, Frenchetvoila won the 2019 Young Entrepreneur Award from the Economic Development Council of Alberta. In February 2020, Frenchetvoila was nominated by the Leduc Chamber of Commerce for the small business of the year. In April 2020, Frenchetvoila received the Northern Lights Volunteer Award from the Government of Alberta.
